While buyers in Delhi NCR have been shying away from making any purchase due to high inflationary rates and poor economic scenario, some budget projects have been launched by developers recently. A whole lot of these economically-viable projects have been set off along Yamuna Expressway and Noida. For those who are keen to a buy a mid-segment residential property in Delhi NCR, here is a list of some of such projects:

1. Amarpally O2 Valley: Developed in Noida Extension, this budget project offers to buy property of 2-3 BHK in Delhi NCR. Expected to be launched by December-end, the project is available in the budget range of 28-40 lakh. The units have been constructed in 880-1170 sq. ft. area range.

2. Gaur Yamuna City: A residential project over Yamuna Expressway, this 20-40 lakh project provides 1-4 BHKs. Sprawled over 300 acres, the project carries a commercial complex. A USP of this project is that it comes with 75% open space.

3. Skytech Colours Avenue: Yet another project at Noida Extension, Skytech offers apartments with price tag lying between 20-37 lakh. The 2 and 3 BHKs have been built over 5 acres and more than 450 units have been launched till now.

4. Misty Heights: A project offering 40-45 lakh residential property in Delhi NCR has come up with two-room flats. Open from three sides, the flats have been built up in 1200-1400 sq. ft. range.

5. Mangalya Ophira: This project has come up in sector-1, Greater Noida. The units are priced between 27 lakh and 40 lakh and are laced with modernistic amenities. The apartments have been built in 1025-1455 sq. ft. range.
