Land Prices of Delhi to Correct

The recent ruling on land pooling has bought cheers to the faces of buyers of flats in Delhi such as apartments in Dwarka. PMC Gets Record Tax Collections

The efforts taken in by Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has reaped huge benefits. Recently the municipal corporation managed to collect Rs 8.59 crore on the last day which is the highest daily income for the year 2015-16. This year the civic bodies has taken many steps to promote owners of flats in Pune like owners of Pimple Saudagar property to pay taxes on time. Earlier the owners of flat for sale in Pune were offered discount on property tax payment if they management to pay taxes till May 31 2015. Also online payment facility was introduced to help the owners of flats in Pune for sale who do not live in the city.
